These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Hiremore AI ("Hiremore", "we", "our", or "us"). Hiremore AI is a digital recruitment platform owned and operated by Quinoid Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, registered in India.

BY SUBSCRIBING AND ACCESSING THE BELOW TERMS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR YOUR ORGANIZATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE HIREMORE AI.

1. Registration & Account Terms

You must create an account to use Hiremore AI.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Use of Services

Hiremore AI is to be used only for lawful recruitment and hiring activities.
You shall not use the platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Subscription & Payment

Some features may require a paid subscription.
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete security.
Our public marketing site (hiremore.ai) may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, and, if you opt in to marketing cookies, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools collect technical and usage data from your browser as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We do not use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on hiremore.ai for site measurement; Sign in with LinkedIn is authentication only. Non-essential measurement scripts load only after you choose Accept all or enable the relevant categories in the cookie banner.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for service delivery.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or suspected misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content and technology are owned by Hiremore AI and protected by applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the platform.

10. Modifications to Service

We may update or discontinue parts of the platform at any time with or without notice.

11. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services linked to or integrated with our platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.

13. Waiver & Severability

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hiremore AI regarding your use of the platform.
