These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by hiremore AI ("Hiremore", "hiremore", "we", "our", or "us"). hiremore AI is a digital recruitment platform owned and operated by Quinoid Business Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Quinoid"), a company registered under the Companies Act 2013, having its principal place of business at Dishya Building, Kirita Film & Video Park (SEZ), Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum, Kerala 695585, India.
BY SUBSCRIBING AND ACCESSING THE BELOW TERMS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL USER, OR ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION YOU REPRESENT ("CUSTOMER", "YOU"). IN CASE YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS LISTED BELOW, YOU MAY REFRAIN FROM USING (OR ACCESSING) THE PLATFORM AND RELATED SERVICES.
1. Registration & Account Terms
- You must create an account to use hiremore AI. During registration, we collect your name, email address, and other required details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
2. Service Use & Acceptable Use
You may use our platform solely for lawful recruitment-related purposes, including AI-powered job posting, resume parsing, applicant screening, and candidate evaluation.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited communications.
- Misuse candidate data, including resale, discriminatory hiring, or unlawful profiling.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or circumvent platform security.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform.
- Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unlawful activities, or actions that may harm our systems, reputation, or other users.
3. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect and process information such as uploaded resumes, candidate details, recruiter inputs, and account activity logs.
Processing and storage are performed using secure infrastructure, including but not limited to: Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Hostinger VPS, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence, Google Cloud Vision, Perplexity AI, DeepSeek, and Google Gemini.

4. Payments & Transactions
- All payment collection for hiremore AI subscriptions and credit packs is conducted by Quinoid Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.
- hiremore AI does not collect, process, or store customer card or bank details. Payments are securely handled by trusted third-party payment gateways, in compliance with applicable security standards.
- Fees are billed based on the plan you select and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in plan-specific terms or required by law.
- Credit Packs: All purchases are final, non-refundable, and credits do not expire.
- Subscriptions: Cancellations may be made at any time. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for unused time.
- Refunds may only be granted in limited cases, such as duplicate billing or technical errors caused by hiremore systems.

- Quinoid reserves the right to update pricing or plan structures, with reasonable notice provided to active customers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the hiremore AI platform for recruitment and talent evaluation purposes.
- All rights, title, and interest in the hiremore AI software, features, branding, and platform remain the exclusive property of Quinoid.
- You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., resumes, documents) but grant us a license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services.
6. Third-Party Services & Compliance
Our services integrate with third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google Gemini - AI language model processing.
- Amazon S3 & Amazon RDS - Data storage.
- Hostinger VPS - Hosting infrastructure.
- Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence & Google Cloud Vision - Document parsing.
- Perplexity AI - Organization and university enrichment.
By using hiremore AI, you also agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these providers where applicable.
If a third-party service becomes restricted, prohibited, or unavailable in a jurisdiction, hiremore may suspend, replace, or remove that service without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity with alternative providers.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
- We may modify, enhance, or discontinue platform features, pricing, or integrations at any time.
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party service outages.
- While we strive for high availability, hiremore AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms, illegal activities, or actions that compromise platform security.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting info@hiremore.ai.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
You use the hiremore AI platform at your own risk. The platform, services, and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- hiremore does not provide legal, tax, or HR compliance advice. Any guidance or outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
- AI-generated outputs, such as candidate scores, resume parsing, job descriptions, or recommendations, are provided for informational support only. While we strive for accuracy, such outputs may not always be complete, precise, or suitable for every use case. Users should exercise their own judgment before relying on these outputs in any hiring or employment-related decisions.
- The hiremore platform is designed to assist and streamline recruitment workflows; however, we do not represent or warrant that its use will necessarily lead to employment offers, successful hires, or specific candidate matches. Any employment relationship that may arise remains solely between the employer and the candidate.
- Hiremore does not review, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or enforceability of content created, uploaded, or shared by users, including resumes, job descriptions, or candidate data. Responsibility for such content lies with the user.
- Any data or files you download or generate from the platform are done at your own risk.
- Third-party services (including AI providers, hosting services, or communication tools) are provided "as is," and hiremore makes no warranties regarding their performance or availability.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. Downtime, maintenance, or disruptions may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither hiremore AI nor Quinoid, Our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hiremore AI, Quinoid, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the hiremore AI Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hiremore regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.
