Description
We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling posters, images, and digital assets for our marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in logo design, proficiency with AI-based design tools like UX Pilot, and strong skills in Figma. Video creation knowledge is considered a valuable bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create eye-catching posters, banners, and images for digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and refine logos and brand identity elements
• Utilize AI-based design tools like UX Pilot to enhance design workflows and creativity
• Create and maintain design systems and prototypes using Figma
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines
• Produce engaging visual content for social media, websites, and email marketing
• If applicable, create basic video content or motion graphics for marketing purposes
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing assets
• Expertise in logo design and brand identity development
• Proficiency in AI-based design tools, specifically UX Pilot or similar platforms
• Advanced skills in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
