About the Role
This role is perfect for a motivated and energetic sales professional who excels in business-to-business (B2B) sales, lead generation, and client engagement. You will play a vital part in building our market footprint, especially in Umbrella and CIS Umbrella services. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, qualifying inbound leads, and supporting senior sales colleagues in closing new business deals. You will also assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify new prospects via outbound channels, qualify inbound leads, and maintain detailed CRM records.
- Business Development Support: Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Outreach & Relationship Building: Engage decision-makers, deliver persuasive sales messages, and arrange meetings and demos.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing campaigns, partner with senior sales staff, and produce performance reports.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and share insights for strategic planning.

What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development within a recruitment agency setting; excellent communication and persuasion skills; familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot; ability to articulate complex payroll services effectively; highly organized and proactive.

Desirable Attributes: Experience in payroll, HR, or financial services sectors; knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
