Position: HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources department on a full-time, onsite basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process from candidate selection to onboarding
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract quality candidates
• Maintain a database of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies
• Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide regular updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms
