Role and Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic growth plans, identifying new business opportunities within the IT industry, and closing sales deals to expand our market presence.
You will build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their IT needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our sales growth and client satisfaction.
You will engage with decision-makers from various organizations, including C-level executives, IT directors, and managers, to understand their challenges and present effective IT solutions such as ERP, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI, Analytics, and RPA.
Collaborating with technical teams and project managers, you will design comprehensive solutions, prepare presentations, deliver proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, you will identify new growth opportunities and ensure Chiacon Consulting remains at the forefront of the IT sector.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or relevant fields; Master’s degree is advantageous.
Proven track record in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
