About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and client organizations.
- Source high-quality candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and fitment criteria.
- Initiate candidate outreach, communicate role details, and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Assist in onboarding processes and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve sourcing and selection strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing HR projects.
