Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Investor Relations Associate specializing in Channel Partnerships to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for professionals with a background in financial services, wealth management, or capital markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with channel partners, driving investor engagement, supporting capital raising initiatives, and expanding our distribution network across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture relationships with Multi-Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and other distribution platforms.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to broaden the investor base.
• Support fundraising efforts and maintain continuous engagement with investors.
• Generate qualified investor leads through effective channel relationships.
• Organize and coordinate presentations, webinars, partner events, and roadshows to facilitate investor education and engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare detailed management reports to track progress and performance.
Candidate Profile
• Education: MBA (Finance/Marketing), CFA Level I or above, CFP, or CWM.
• Experience: 2-3 years in Wealth Management, Mutual Fund Distribution, PMS/AIF Distribution, Investor Relations, or related financial products.
• Skills: Strong relationship management and networking abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, deep understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, and Alternative Investments, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
