About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our expanding team at our Technopark, Trivandrum location. This full-time onsite position is ideal for passionate individuals who thrive in sales, client engagement, and building long-term business relationships within the IT Services and Training industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through diverse channels
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Support the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the IT services or training industry (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
