Sales Development & Demo Executive
We’re hiring a Sales Development & Demo Executive to drive outbound lead generation, speak with HR decision-makers, run product demos, and convert interest into trials and customers.
This is a target-driven role for someone comfortable with outbound sales, follow-ups, and structured execution.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads using LinkedIn and outbound outreach
- Connect with HR leaders, recruiters, and founders
- Call prospects, understand hiring needs, and qualify leads
- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Explain product value, pricing, and onboarding
- Drive trials, signups, and paid conversions
- Update CRM with all outreach, calls, demos, and follow-ups

- Leads generated
- Calls and quality conversations
- Demos completed
- Trial, signup, and paid conversions
- CRM accuracy and discipline
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in inside sales, telecalling, or SaaS sales preferred
- Strong communication skills (English + local language)
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
- Comfortable with outbound calling and demos
- Basic CRM knowledge

Compensation
