We are now looking for a driven and ambitious Lead Development Representative (LDR) to fuel our outbound growth engine.
Role Overview
As an LDR at HireMore.ai, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will play a critical role in building pipeline by conducting outbound phone outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality demos for our Demo Specialists.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys speaking with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research
- Identify high-growth companies and HR tech buyers that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Research decision-makers including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and CHROs.
- Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources.
Phone Outreach
- Execute structured cold-calling campaigns to engage decision-makers.
- Confidently communicate HireMore.ai’s value proposition.
- Handle objections and navigate gatekeepers effectively.
Lead Qualification
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and hiring challenges.
- Assess product fit based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Determine readiness and buying intent.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule qualified demos and meetings for the Demo Specialist.
- Ensure meetings are well-contextualized with proper notes and insights.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and lead stages.
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and qualification notes in CRM.
Feedback Loop
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging.
- Share insights on market trends, objections, and competitor positioning.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
- Strong phone presence and confident communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
- Experience using CRM systems
- Highly organized and target-driven
