Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager CSR at Cuddles Foundation, you will oversee and cultivate a portfolio of corporate partnerships dedicated to supporting children fighting cancer in India. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mid-sized corporates, ensuring meaningful engagement through timely impact reports and shared success stories. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams including fundraising, programs, finance, and marketing to ensure compliance, transparency, and effective communication of the organisation's work.
Our mission is to bring holistic nutritional support to underprivileged children with cancer, working through collaborations with over 40 hospitals across India. You will play a key role in expanding our donor base, increasing engagement levels, and contributing to long-term growth strategies. Responsibilities include building a pipeline of corporate donors, managing documentation, preparing impact reports, and overseeing employee engagement activities during festivals and campaigns like Daan Utsav and Wish Tree. You will also handle donor receipting, ensure compliance with all formalities, and coordinate with the marketing team for social media activities.
To succeed in this role, you must possess an MBA or Master’s degree, with 3-4 years of experience in fundraising or sales, demonstrating a proven track record of securing substantial funds or maintaining loyal client relationships. You must have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for our mission. Your ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and to work cross-functionally with diverse teams will be critical to your success.
