Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving the restaurant's monthly and annual sales targets through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers to expand business opportunities.
• Generate revenue across various segments including restaurant dining, private events, parties, and catering services.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide quotations, manage reservations, and coordinate events to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct client meetings and property presentations to showcase offerings and secure sales.
• Collaborate with Operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Maintain comprehensive sales records, client databases, and revenue reports for analysis and strategy planning.
• Follow up diligently with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities within the hospitality sector to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in social media promotions and establish strategic partnerships as needed.

Experience Required: 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or related sectors, to effectively drive sales initiatives and client management strategies.
