Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Department in managing daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and handling administrative tasks to ensure an efficient HR function.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare employee-related documents, memos, and reports
- Assist in the recruitment process by maintaining the candidate database, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
- Produce HR-related reports on request for management
- Support the performance management process and employee training records
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team
- Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
