We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Logistics Representative to join our transportation and supply chain team. In this remote role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal departments, ensuring shipments are coordinated efficiently and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding shipment status, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Coordinate transportation requests and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, dispatch teams, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Track freight, identify delays, and proactively communicate updates and solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns and transportation issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and delivery records.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and operations teams to improve service performance.
• Maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and service-level expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, administrative support, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
