Join Our Team as Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive (B2B) 

Gravity Business Process (Gravity BP) is looking for a driven and execution-focused Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our Marketing Delivery Team. This role is dedicated to one contracted organization (one brand) and offers an excellent opportunity to build deep brand ownership while executing measurable B2B marketing initiatives aligned to business growth. 

Role Overview 

As a Marketing Specialist / Executive, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end marketing plan for a single assigned brand under the guidance of the Head of Marketing (HOM). You will develop a strong understanding of the brand’s products, customers, and market, and translate strategy into consistent execution across campaigns, LinkedIn-led growth, ABM support, events, website coordination, and CRM-based lead management. 

This role requires strong coordination with Sales and Product & Application teams and a disciplined, data-driven execution mindset. 

Key Responsibilities 

Brand Ownership & Business Alignment 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned brand’s offerings, differentiators, ICP, and market landscape 
  • Translate annual and quarterly business goals into structured monthly execution plans 
  • Maintain a brand-specific marketing calendar ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity 

Campaign Execution & Lead Generation 

  • Execute inbound and outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, landing pages, and outreach support 
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives through account research, contact mapping, and personalization inputs 
  • Drive LinkedIn-led growth through consistent organic content execution and coordination of paid campaigns where required 
  • Coordinate lead magnets and conversion assets such as brochures, case studies, webinars, product pages, and forms 

Content Execution with Brand Depth 

  • Work closely with the content creation team to deliver brand-specific content (posts, case studies, presentations, brochures, emailers) 
  • Gather technical and market inputs from Product, Application, and Sales teams 
  • Own content calendars, approval workflows, and publishing discipline for the brand 

Website, SEO/GEO & Digital Performance 

  • Coordinate updates to brand websites, landing pages, and event pages via CMS or external vendors 
  • Support SEO/GEO execution including keyword priorities, on-page basics, metadata, internal linking, and vendor coordination 
  • Ensure tracking and attribution discipline including UTMs, campaign naming, and conversion tracking 

Events & Promotions 

  • Execute promotional campaigns for exhibitions, webinars, and seminars including invitations, registration drives, and follow-ups 
  • Support exhibition readiness through collateral coordination and meeting support 
  • Ensure event-generated leads are captured, tagged, and handed over to sales with clear next steps 

CRM-Based Lead Management & Sales Collaboration 

  • Own CRM discipline for all marketing-originated leads for the assigned brand 
  • Ensure accurate lead capture, tagging, routing, attribution, and follow-up tracking 
  • Coordinate regularly with sales teams to review lead quality, status, and conversion progress 

Reporting & Continuous Improvement 

  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering leads, campaigns, and funnel movement 
  • Identify gaps and propose improvements based on performance data and stakeholder feedback 

Key Deliverables 

  • Monthly execution plan and campaign calendar for the assigned brand 
  • Consistent LinkedIn and content output aligned with business goals 
  • Measurable lead generation with clear CRM attribution 
  • Event promotion workflows and post-event lead handover 
  • Website and landing page updates with SEO/GEO coordination 
  • Monthly performance dashboard and reports 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing (industrial, technology, engineering, or services preferred) 
  • Ability to take ownership of a single brand and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end 
  • Working knowledge of: 
  • LinkedIn marketing (organic; basic paid is a plus) 
  • Lead generation campaigns and landing pages 
  • Basic SEO concepts and coordination with SEO vendors 
  • CRM usage including lead routing, attribution, and reporting 
  • Strong communication, coordination, and detail-oriented execution skills 

Tools & Platforms (Preferred) 

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, or equivalent 
  • LinkedIn tools: Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator (nice to have) 
  • CMS: WordPress or Webflow (basic updates) 
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Search Console (basic familiarity) 
  • Creative tools: Canva or similar (nice to have)
