Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor software projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Track schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Project.
Preferred: PMP certification.
