1. Credit Packs

• All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the credits are used.
• Credits do not expire and will remain available in your account until consumed.
• We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused credits.
• In the event of suspected fraud or misuse, we reserve the right to revoke purchased credits without refund.

2. Subscription Plans

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting info@hiremore.ai.
• Upon cancellation:
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No additional charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.
• Any unused subscription credits will expire at the end of your billing period and will not be carried forward.
• Refunds:
• We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in your subscription period.
• Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate billing, technical errors, or other issues directly caused by Hiremore AI’s systems.

3. Method of Refund

• Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7- 14 business days.
• Any processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
